This delicious chia & oat pudding is 100% organic, gluten free, takes less than a minute to make and is a brilliant & nutritious way to start your day.
Nutter's Chia Oat Breakfast Pudding
Into a jar, or really anything you have with a lid, layer:
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey (or more to taste)
1/2 cup greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
(We used just over 1/2 cup of Creamy Nut. The amount just depends if you want a thicker (1/2 cup) or thinner (1 cup) consistency.)
Pop the lid on, and shake it all about till it is well mixed.
Leave in the refrigerator overnight at 2'c - 3'c, and in the morning it will look like this:
