Pudding for Breakfast?

Morning Nutters! 

The mornings in our house can be such a rush : lunches to pack, dogs to walk, work to get to. A healthy breakfast can often lose out to a convenient breakfast. 

Well we have the solution for you! 

This delicious chia & oat pudding is 100% organic, gluten free, takes less than a minute to make and is a brilliant & nutritious way to start your day. 

Nutter's Chia Oat Breakfast Pudding

Into a jar, or really anything you have with a lid, layer:

1/2 cup oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon honey (or more to taste) 

1/2 cup greek yoghurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 or up to 1 cup Nut & Co Creamy Nut (or Straight Nut if you prefer!).

(We used just over 1/2 cup of Creamy Nut. The amount just depends if you want a thicker (1/2 cup) or thinner (1 cup) consistency.)

Pop the lid on, and shake it all about till it is well mixed. 

Leave in the refrigerator overnight at 2'c - 3'c, and in the morning it will look like this: 

We added berries to ours for the perfect breakfast to go!
